Solar System Service & Repair by Illinois Solar Services

At Illinois Solar Services, we proudly offer expert service and repairs for your solar energy system. As a locally owned and operated company, we understand how crucial it is for your system to perform at its best.

We’re also experienced in handling warranty claims, RMA replacements, and coordinating with third-party warranty providers. If your system is under a 3rd-party warranty, please let us know, and we’ll work with them to facilitate your repair.

Post-Installation Support Policy

Once your system has received Permission to Operate (PTO), Illinois Solar Services will continue to provide free support for the first 12 months to ensure your solar system operates efficiently.

After this 12-month period, any service calls that do not involve parts replacement covered under the manufacturer’s warranty or Solar Insure will be subject to service fees at the customer’s expense.

What to Expect:

• Truck Roll Fee: $300
• Diagnostic Minimum: 2 hours of service at $125/hour
• Hourly Rate: $125/hour for ongoing service
• Payment: Due upon completion of work
